2015 Quarter 1 Results


Why limit to only organizations to publish quarter results? I think that’s also applicable for individuals and so here is my first review on 2015 targets / goals / performance.

  • Work out 4-5 times a week
  • Learn inline skating
    • Practice once a week
My Q1 Results

I worked out 64 / 98 days (65.3%) from Jan to Mar 2015

  • Ran 184km
  • Skate 15km
    • Now I can skate 5km in 1hr!
  • HIIT / Weight Training

These were done under below circumstances

  • Jan – 1 week of rest due to wisdom tooth surgery
  • Feb – Travelled back to hometown for Chinese New Year celebration
Q1 Run
