Weekend runs have been something I look forward to. I think it’s very important for all of us to have certain kind of downtime and just do something we truly enjoy. Just like computer systems require regular maintenance time, it is the same for us. Running is my personal downtime and I schedule it for every weekend, it has been a very effective way for me to release stress and prevent my real mental break down or burn out.
