Hola all the labours out there – happy Labour’s Day! Hahaha! Ok that sounds very rude lol. I have no official reason to celebrate for Labor’s Day really (read: not employed = not a labor), but past few months have been highly intensive for me 😀
Apart from volunteering a number of gigs with different organizations and many other things (Motivatormob, Mirastars, networking events), a big chunk of my time was spent learning from experienced people – attended 20 free workshops in recent 4 months (see photo).
Yes there are FREE workshops out there! The next time you see a Facebook ad on “Free live workshop with XXX”, it’s not scam. It’s a trick to build sales funnel and get traffic 🙂 Make best use of that! The first few workshops I had such a huge inertia to even attend (stay very far from town, tired, lazy.. whatever), but I always walked away with something valuable from these workshops. Since then I just showed up, never have excuses again for not attending workshops that I registered.
Regardless you want to sign up for their full workshops later or not, don’t worry. None of them would pressure anyone to sign up for full courses.
